Lovely products and great customer service

The poster and frames I received are just lovely. I did have a problem with one of the frames arriving cracked however this was handled quickly and I was sent a new frame and a free choice of another poster which I thought was amazing.

I ordered a few posters and large frames from Poster Store during Black Friday sale. One of the frames lost its hanging metal part (not long after purchasing) and one had a crack in the frame (they are delicate). I contacted the customer services before X
